  2. Self-doubt / Fear –> use positive self
  3. No Schedule / Routine –> Get a planner
  4. Social Media –> Set times to turn it off
  5. Video Games –> Do something else instead
  6. Not enough physical exercise –> Go to Gym
  7. Poor diet –> Eat healthy
  8. Toxic friends –> cut ties
  9. Procrastination –> set yourself deadlines
  10. No challenges –> set yourself goals

I know it’s not easy do this. But change is never easy .
