Hopping on Trends Can Make You A Lot of Money!
I’ll cut straight to the point.
By now you’ve probably already seen the following viral video, right?
Or here’s a YouTube clip:
I suppose you already know where I’m going with this…
My Instagram was full of it, couldn’t avoid it, wherever I went.
Free advertising, Viral!
After 2 days of non-stop receiving & viewing meme’s of this, I thought “well, this girl is going to make A LOT of money with her fame”.
So… why shouldn’t I try and do the same? Everyone is seeing these clips right now.
It’s free advertising.
Plus… It’s A FAMOUS, FUNNY QUOTE!
So, as a Print on Demand business owner, I saw a HUGE opportunity… and I grabbed it.
You gotta HAWK TUAH and create that design!
I went over to Canva, and created a few HAWK TUAH designs. Very simple, with just text.
Here’s an example of one:
Very easy, simple and clear as you can see.
I created multiple variations of these:
- Different colors
- Different fonts
- Different sizes
- Added some images there and there e.g. ????
Upload to POD websites
The next step is to upload these designs to the default print on Demand websites like:
These sites handle everything for you, you don’t need to worry about anything.
The downside is that there’s a lot of competition so it might be quite hard to sell something there.
Alternatively (and recommended): upload to Etsy
P.S. if you don’t have an Etsy shop yet, I recommend creating one via this link. You’ll get 20 designs for free, because it costs $0.20 to upload a design.
Next Step: Upload to MyDesigns
myDesigns is my go-to Print on Demand partner and tool.
It’s simply amazing. It does everything for you.
- Create designs in bulk with built-in graphic design tools or AI
- Generate SEO-optimized titles, descriptions & keywords with AI
- Bulk-create amazing looking mockups
- Create mockup videos
- Bulk upload products to Etsy and Shopify
- They handle orders, product printing & shipping
Like I said, they do everything. Simply an amazing tool.

Mockup Creation via MyDesigns
I’ve said it countless times before:
Without an amazing-looking mockup, your product will most likely not sell.
It’s all about marketing. You can have the best product in the world, but if people don’t see it or if it looks crappy, it won’t sell.
I won’t go into detail about the mockup creation process here — if you want to read more about how I do it with MyDesigns, you can check out this tutorial.
Another great tool for mockup creation I use is PlaceIt.
However for this particular product & example, I just used myDesigns. I use PlaceIt if I’m looking for really specific mockups — they have a HUGE database of cool image & video mockups.
Push to Etsy
I pushed around 30 various designs & products to Etsy.
Note: this all took me around 30 minutes. I’m telling you, myDesigns is just insane.
If you’ve opened your shop using my link, then you’ll be able to upload 20 designs for free. The other ones will cost you 20 cents each.
Revenue results (7 days):
In 7 days, I got 36 orders and made $1339.
Important note: this is NOT profit.
These are the gross earnings BEFORE production & shipping costs etc.
Roughly calculated, I keep a bit more than 50% of this — which is still quite good.
So, profit = around $650.
Still not bad for 7 days, right?
Do you want to get started too?
I’m working on a FREE course (yes, completely free), which will be available for download soon.
It’s a e-book where I step-by-step explain what to do and how to do it.
But if you can’t wait, I recommend checking out this Etsy beginner guide:
Good luck!
